Johannes is actually a consultant.And a really good one at that. Unfortunately, he's also good with IT, and we take advantage of that very often. Thank goodness his willingness to help is not just for us, but especially for our customers. Especially when it comes to occupational disability, private health insurance and asset accumulation.

You want something clarified, go to Heike. With >30 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, she runs our back office and if anyone manages to ask her a question that she doesn't know the answer to or can't get resolved, they'll get an invitation to our Christmas party.

You will get to know Claudia when the projects get bigger. She takes care of everything to do with financing and makes dreams like your own property or your own practice come true. And because she is so nice, she will remind you to submit your documents - even a second and third time 😊.

Barbara is probably the reason why we know each other. She probably approached you in hospital and introduced you to MedBasics. And she did so with a cheerful manner that is inimitable. Of course, we hope that the appointment will be remembered, but it's probably her tattoos 😊.
